1. General Payment Terms
1.1. All dues must be cleared at least 24 hours prior to the utilization of any ticket, voucher, or travel service.
1.2. Payments must be made in full as per the agreed amount and within the stipulated timeline.
2. Credit Facility
2.1. Credit is not a standard practice and may only be extended on special request and at the sole discretion of Ancestor Travels.
2.2. Where credit is provided, the client shall ensure that all dues are cleared on in the given timeline , unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.3. Any extension of credit beyond the standard policy shall be treated as a gesture of goodwill and does not establish a precedent.
3. Client Responsibility
3.1. The client is responsible for ensuring timely clearance of all dues.
3.2. Ancestor Travels shall not be held liable for any loss, cancellation, or disruption arising from non-clearance of payments.
3.3. Any financial loss incurred by Ancestor Travels due to delayed payments may be recovered from the client.
4. Consequences of Non-Payment
4.1. Failure to clear dues within the agreed timeframe shall be treated as a breach of contract.
4.2. In case of pending payments, Ancestor Travels reserves the right to:
Withhold, cancel, or deny further bookings.
Suspend or withdraw any extended credit facilities.
Take legal recourse for recovery of dues, if required.
5. Policy Enforcement
5.1. This policy is binding on all clients availing services of Ancestor Travels.
5.2. By proceeding with a booking, the client is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to this Credit & Payment Policy.
Terms & Conditions
The Terms & Conditions of our website are to be read carefully before using or obtaining any products, services, or content through our platform. By accessing and using our site, you agree to be bound by the following conditions:

1. All bookings are made using the customer's own IRCTC ID.
2. Railway fare remains unchanged and is paid directly on IRCTC.
3. Our service fee is charged only for time, coordination and assistance.
4. No extra charges are taken for Tatkal; only official IRCTC Tatkal fare applies.
5. Travel Assistance Package includes booking, cancellation support,payment coordination, enquiry, PNR updates, refund follow-up and guidance.
6. Service fee is non-refundable once booking or processing is done.
7. We do not guarantee ticket confirmation; seats depend on IRCTC availability.
8. Ancestor Travels follows all IRCTC and Railway rules.
2. Site Usage
These terms govern your use of all content, products, or services available through our website. You agree to use the Site in compliance with applicable laws and not harm our goodwill or reputation.
3. Additional Terms
Extra conditions may apply when purchasing services (e.g., airline carriage rules, hotel cancellation policies, or promotional offers). You agree to abide by such provider terms and make timely payments.
